Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Lead Capture AI ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.

2. The service

We provide AI-powered software to capture, organise and qualify business leads. We may improve, change or add features over time.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Where a minimum term applies, it will be stated at sign-up. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard's billing area; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, sending unlawful or unsolicited messages, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

6. Your data and your customers' data

You retain ownership of the data you and your enquirers submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process the enquirer data you capture, and for your own privacy notices. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and may carry out maintenance from time to time.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
